Yoga fit is a workout inspired by yoga poses to help you increase strength, flexibility and mobility.

There will be a warm up and a stretch at the end of the class, for a total of circa 40 minutes.

For every exercise there will be a modification to make this class accessible to everyone, no matter their level of fitness.
