A nice way to find out how Yoga can be relaxing, toning, centring.

Every lesson will be guided by a specific theme, but always set on the beginners mode, so don’t worry if you think you’re not flexible enough or that Yoga is not for you!

Gentle vinyasa practice will be accompanied by the exercise of conscious breathing and movements meant to lead you in a state of profound presence.
