  • thymus tapping supporting our immune system and stimulating Anahata (heart Chakra)
  • self nourishing sequence and positive affirmation

Spring time is a time of rebirth, renewal and re-growth. A time to dust off the old and welcome in the new. A time to root down and build strong foundations, stepping fearlessly into your power.

Join me as we flow and grow each week with a series of cleansing and invigorating asana sequences, pranayama and calming meditation.
