An evening Yoga Nidra Session via Zoom to help you relax as you go off to sleep.

Get into your Pj’s, get in to bed, turn off the lights and camera, get comfortable and just listen to the yoga nidra as it helps you in to a state of relaxation.

No experience needed, no equipment needed.
