This class is going to focus on our spine, helping us to strengthen and align our spine.

This class can be taken by anyone, whether you’re a beginner in yoga or have been practicing yoga at an advanced level.

The class will help in improving the flexibility of the spine and will be helpful to anyone who has issues like back pain.

This class has no restriction to age, and anyone is welcome to join this session.

What will we be doing?

  • Asanas: That will strengthen the body, make it flexible, and increase mobility.
  • Pranayamas: Spine breathing techniques
